FAQs
Q. Why does my monthly billing amount vary for auto insurance?
A. Anytime a change is made to a policy, the premium will increase or decrease accordingly. If no changes are made during a policy period, the price will stay the same. The only other reason for a change is when your policy renews and there is a change in your rate.
Q. Why is my auto insurance higher/lower than my neighbors?
A. Insurance rates are based on many factors such as:
Driving Record
Auto Coverage
Make and Model of Vehicle
Garaging of your Vehicle
Address of your Vehicle
Q. With a change of insurance company, I have received a notice from my vehicle lender stating they have no current insurance carrier listed for my auto loan – what do I do?
A. We can help. Call our office with your lender name, phone number, account number and vehicle description. We will call and verify coverage with the lender. We can order new paperwork verifying your insurance and/or fax documentation of coverage for you.
Q. My mortgage company has an escrow account for my
homeowner's insurance, but they have not paid my insurance premium. What do I do?
A. We will call your lender, verifing coverages and policy information. We will fax verification of coverage to your lender and order overnight payment directly to our office for your premium.
Q. What can I do to improve my rate for auto insurance?
A. Discounts are offered for the following:
Defensive Driving
Alarm Systems
Drivers Training and Good Grades for Qualifying Youthful Drivers
A good driving record is always the best way to make sure you are receiving the best rate.
